Wordfeeder PLR Licensing Terms

The digital products that we offer on Wordfeeder.com grant PLR or private label use rights, unless otherwise stated. This particular type of product licensing permits the purchaser of said product license the following:

YES you may edit or change the product’s content.
YES you may sell the product as-is.
YES you may combine this content with other content that you either create, or have purchased the private label rights to, and create a new product to sell or share.
YES add your company name and branding to the product.
YES resell the product with personal use rights to the end user.
YES you may give away copies of the product (for example, as a lead magnet or opt-in gift).
YES you may use the product as teaching materials.
YES you may distribute copies of the product to your subscribers, customers, family and friends for personal use ONLY.
NO you may not include the originator’s name or brand with the product.
NO you may not offer private label resell rights to your customers who purchase the product.
NO you may not upload this or any PLR content to Amazon or Kindle as this is against their terms and can get you banned from using their selling platform.

Membership Terms - Agreement

Wordfeeder's PLR memberships provide a very generous offering to our recurring monthly members. We add a new content product to the paid member area each month. When you log into your account, you'll find a membership page that lists each month's content title and file access link, up to the current month. These links go back 2 years.

If you are not active with your recurring monthly membership, the active links disappear. They reappear after you renew your membership and your payment processes.

We want you to be able to log in for content as needed, to use in the building of your website, creation of digital products, client coaching, and any other applicable use as outlined below.

That said, it is your responsibility to download the content in a timely fashion, before it is archived after 2 years of being accessible via the monthly membership.

It IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DOWNLOAD THE CONTENT. We are not responsible for lost files, failure to log in and download by our members. We do not re-deliver content files to non-active members.

At Wordfeeder, we offer a paid service where we can gather topic-specific content files for you (including archived content), bundle then into a product and offer for a flat fee. The price for this service is $150 per day, plus the price of the membership, which you will be able to renew for additional monthly fees, as needed.

Ala Carte Terms

Some digital products on Wordfeeder are available ala carte. You'll be able to purchase these products for a one-time fee, and access them via email and via your member account for the lifetime of the website.

Once you order an ala carte product, it is your responsibility to download and store any associated files. We are able to track your product downloads through the administrative account on this website. Upon purchase of said products, you agree to take responsibility for the storage of your files once they pass from our server to your email inbox, or are downloaded to your device. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISPLACED FILES. An ala carte product promises member file access for the lifetime of our site.

Any video platforms where you share tips and advice, such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Reels, Vimeo.
Any of the major social sharing sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
Any physical uses such as printing as a handout, including in a letter, turning into a mailer, incorporating in your marketing brochure, etc.

PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS CONTENT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE PUBLISHED AS A PHYSICAL BOOK, OR A DIGITAL BOOK AS SOLD ON AMAZON KDP OR LULU OR SIMILAR DIGITAL MARKETPLACES. Your seller account may be banned on these sites if it's discovered as a duped product.
