Digital Detox Journal Content

Graphic designer Lynette Chandler has a really great journal pack that’s due to drop tomorrow. The topic is Digital Detox.

The link I just gave you is a preview page on Lynette’s site. If you like what you see, I think you can sign up for some freebies from her in the meantime before this goes live.

She’s made some really good points on her preview page which I could not agree with more. Check out the flip through video she’s posted and you can see all the details.

What does digital detox mean to you?

Back in 2007 or so I was wildly addicted to having an online business… not realizing that being strapped to a computer was affecting things like my mood, eyesight, causing weight gain, and even high blood pressure.

More than 10 years has passed and in that time, like other internet and marketers I have discovered the joy of yoga as a way to rebalance, de-stress and get my blood flowing after too much computer.

I am now very aware of when I have had too much tech and need to disconnect.

The rest of society is only just now learning what we internet marketing people have already become aware of. Too much tech is not good.

I could wax poetic on this topic and I think I really am going to. Because I love Lynette’s title and the ideas that she has shared in her journal so much, that I’d like to start creating some supplemental articles to both match this journal of hers, and stand alone.

If you pick up the journal from Lynette, you can combine it with my articles that I will put up for purchase on Wordfeeder, in a number of ways.

You’ll be able to set the articles up as individual blog posts to gain you some new traffic. Then you can offer the Digital Detox Journal as an opt-in gift to get people on your list.

If you already have a big list and want to cycle through some profit generation, you can put the articles together in an ebook format and add some images.

Call it the Digital Detox 15-day challenge (might end up being 10 days, not sure how many articles I can fire off in this short of a time span but I will do my best.)

Yet another income producing possibility. Set each article up as a single email and then call everything the 10-day or 15-day Digital Detox Email Challenge. Run it as a paid offering.

You can also add your own thoughts and come up with alternative activities to constantly being on our phones.

Even though I work online just like you do, this topic is near and dear to my heart. So I will be definitely contacting you tomorrow when Lynette’s Journal is ready for release, and I’ll be busy working away on those articles in the meantime.

Stay tuned, the whole world needs a digital detox right now and you’ll be able to give it to them as soon as this week!
